c) Booking data (E-cab Taxi Booking Manager / WooCommerce): To book a ride, we collect: name, email address, telephone number, pick-up address, destination address, date and time, vehicle selection, special requests, and payment information. This data is required for contract fulfilment and is stored for the duration of the statutory retention obligations.
d) Google reviews: Publicly accessible Google reviews are embedded on our website. In doing so, data is transferred to Google LLC, USA.

2.4 External services and data transfers
WordPress and Elementor: Our website is based on WordPress (Automattic Inc., USA) and the Elementor page builder. When operating the website, technical data may be transferred to the servers of these providers.
WP Mail SMTP: For reliable email delivery (booking confirmations, contact form notifications), we use WP Mail SMTP. Email content is transmitted via a configured SMTP server.
WooCommerce / E-cab Taxi Booking Manager: We use WooCommerce with the E-cab Taxi Booking Manager plugin (MagePeople Team) to process bookings. Customer data is stored on our server in Switzerland / in the EEA.
Payment processing: If online payment is offered, payment processing is carried out via a certified payment service provider. Payment data is transmitted exclusively in encrypted form and is not stored on our servers.
Google Maps: Google Maps (Google LLC, USA) is used in the booking system to display pick-up locations and routes. In doing so, your IP address and location data are transferred to Google. The legal basis is your consent.
Google reviews: Google reviews are embedded on our website (Google LLC, USA). When displayed, data is transferred to Google. Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
WPvivid Backup: We use WPvivid Backup for data backups. Backups are stored in encrypted form.
WP Super Cache: To improve loading times, we use WP Super Cache (Automattic). This plugin creates static HTML files and does not transfer any personal data to third parties.
